Today we did buddy reading with room 3 and 4, everybody had a buddy to read, the book that we read to him was not Norman, me and Sebastian had to read to him. He read the book excellent and he did a job at reading the book.

This was my task this week we had to read a book called The Ski Trip, then when we finished reading the book we had to answer the questions. This task was mostly about proverb and what its meant in this story.

ASB - Get Wise

Yesterday the year 8's went with Jeremy to talk about saving money and he gave really good points why we should. He was also talking about Jobs and how we could earn money, he was also talking about crossroad. Crossroad is about if we should take the easy road or the hard way. Never take the easy take the hard way so people know that you are a hard working and if you take the easy way people will think that you are a lazy person.
You can also earn money by doing chores at home if you get money at home and could also go around the neighborhood and ask people if they need some help with the lawn or help with weeding the garden. You can also sell stuff like doing a garage sale at your house or trade stuff with your friends. Jeremy was a good instructor about the notes and thanks to Jeremy for coming to our school.

Today we had to write a story about a sentence that we chose from spin bar my one was about a myth gorilla that turned 20 in one day. At the button of the page its a photo the gorilla that Thomas had found and it has a lot of facts about it. I had chose a news paper theme because it looks cool and I will put the link at the button of this blurb.

Life Education 

This week we are going to life Ed and this was our first time this year there we were with Nicole. We were learning about our body, we learnt about the heart first then we learnt about our kidney then our brain. If you didn't know our heart is not shaped like a heart its shaped like your fist and then ofter we did that we learnt about the spine, then we played a game and how our brain reacts fast. We also learnt about our veins and a how our blood stream works.
